ChakRaw – Return Policy

At ChakRaw, we strive to ensure that both you and your four-legged companion are completely satisfied with the handmade products purchased from us. If for any reason the choice isn't quite right, we provide a straightforward return process under the following conditions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package to notify us of your intention to return and dispatch the item back to us.

Conditions of Return

We have no non-returnable items—you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for any of our products, provided that the item is:

  • in its original, undamaged condition,

  • clean, free of pet hair, and showing no signs of use,

  • returned in its original packaging/with its original tags attached.

How Much Does Return Shipping Cost?

  • No return handling fees: We do not charge any hidden costs or administrative fees for processing returns.

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer: The direct cost of returning the product to us (via postal or courier service) is borne by you as the customer.

How to Return a Product (Step-by-Step)

  1. Notify us of your intent: Send a brief email to chakraw.collars@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

  2. Pack the product: Securely pack the clean, unused item so it will not be damaged during transit.

  3. Dispatch the package: Send the package using your choice of courier or postal service to the following return address:

    • Name: ChakRaw

    • Address: 2241 Sülysáp, Kistelek tanya 16., Hungary (Important: For technical reasons, we cannot accept packages sent with cash on delivery / COD).

Refund of the Purchase Price

Once the returned package arrives at us and we inspect the condition of the item, we will refund the full purchase price of the product within 14 days. By default, the refund will be issued to the bank card or bank account used for the purchase. (In the case of cash-on-delivery payments, please provide your bank account number in your email where you would like the transfer to be sent).
