ChakRaw – International Shipping Policy

At ChakRaw, our goal is to ensure that your custom, handcrafted accessories reach you and your four-legged companion safely and smoothly. Below you will find all essential information regarding international shipping methods and rates.

1. Shipping Methods and Rates

For international orders, we provide reliable cross-border delivery through leading courier networks (such as GLS).

  • 🚚 Standard International Shipping:

    • Flat Rate: 5,990 HUF for all international orders.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments; all orders must be paid in advance online.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Handmade Product – Custom Made: Every single BioThane® collar is handcrafted in our workshop specifically for you after your order is placed.

    • Processing Time: Typically takes a few days, or up to 1 week during peak periods.

    • International Delivery Time: Once handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 2 business days, extending to 4–5 business days for more distant destinations.

  • Thank you for your patience and trust—we promise the quality is worth the wait!

3. Order Tracking and Notifications

As soon as your order is completed and handed over to the courier, we will immediately send you an automated email notification containing the tracking link. Through this link, you can follow your dog's new energy-infused accessory on its journey to you.

4. Failed Delivery and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping details, phone number, and email address are entered accurately so the local carrier can successfully reach you upon delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
